La República Argentina ha recibido un préstamo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), para financiar el costo del Proyecto de Mejora Integral del Ferrocarril Gral. Roca: Ramal Constitución - La Plata, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este Préstamo para efectuar los pagos estipulados en el Contrato de la Obra "Elevación Definitiva de Andenes y Mejora de Estaciones. Lote G: Don Bosco, Bernal y Ezpeleta ", objeto de contratación.
La Unidad Ejecutora Central (UEC) del Ministerio de Transporte invita a los oferentes elegibles a presentar ofertas selladas para la Contratación de la obra: "Elevación Definitiva de Andenes y Mejora de Estaciones. Lote G: Don Bosco, Bernal y Ezpeleta ". El período de entrega es de SEIS (6) MESES desde el inicio de las obras.
El presupuesto total estimado al mes de Agosto 2016, asciende a la suma de: $ 95.650.760,- PESOS ARGENTINOS NOVENTA Y CINCO MILLONES SEISCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL SETECIENTOS SESENTA, IVA Incluido.
La licitación se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Licitación Pública Internacional establecidos en la publicación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, titulada Políticas para Adquisición de Bienes y Obras financiados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo GN 2349-9 y está abierta a oferentes provenientes de todos los países que se especifican en dichas políticas.
Los oferentes elegibles interesados podrán obtener, sin costo, un juego completo de los Documentos de Licitación en español, ingresando a la página web de la UEC (www.uecmovilidad.gob.ar). Asimismo, el aviso de esta licitación estará disponible en los siguientes sitios web: BID (www.iadb.org), portal de la UEC www.uecmovilidad.gob.ar, el sitio web de la Oficina Nacional de Contrataciones (www.argentinacompra.gov.ar) y el sitio web del Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación (www.transporte.gob.ar).
Las ofertas deberán enviarse a la dirección Avenida Julio A. Roca Nro. 636, Piso 6. Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Argentina. Código postal: CP1067ABO, a más tardar el día 27 de Diciembre de 2016 hasta las 15:00 hs (hora local). Todas las ofertas deberán ir acompañadas de una Garantía Mantenimiento de la Oferta por un monto de: $ 957.000, – PESOS ARGENTINOS NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y SIETE MIL.
Las ofertas que lleguen tarde serán rechazadas. Las ofertas se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los oferentes y de todas aquellas personas que quieran asistir, en la dirección que se señala infra, el 27 de Diciembre de 2016 a las 15:00 hs. (hora local).
