1. The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, invites sealed Bids from video production companies. The specific services solicited are listed in Annex II: Terms of Reference.
2. The Technical Bid containing the technical product or service specifications shall be submitted according to Annex I, Annex II, Annex III and Annex V.
3. The Financial Bid containing the price information shall be submitted according to Annex IV.
4. To enable you to submit a Bid, please read the following attached documents carefully:

- Bid Submission Form - Annex III
- Price Schedule Form - Annex IV
- UNFPA General Terms and Conditions -Annex V
5. The Bid shall reach UNFPA’s reception or the email inbox of bidtender@unfpa.dk no later than 8 October 2009 at 1PM (Copenhagen time GMT+1). Bids sent to any other email address will be disqualified.
6. The Bid shall be opened on 08 October 2009 at 3PM (Copenhagen time GMT +1) at the offices of UNFPA, Copenhagen.
7. Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
8. The award of the Bid shall be announced by UNFPA by in due course. Successful Bidders and unsuccessful Bidders shall be notified by UNFPA via email.
9. Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed by email to the UNFPA buyer
