Supply of Medical Devices to Jamaica

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ICB)

ICB UNFPA CPH/10/ 055

FOR SUPPLY OF MEDICAL DEVICES

1.  In order to support its program in family planning and reproductive health in Jamaica, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) invites qualified manufacturers and/or duly authorized distributors to participate in this ICB for the supply of medical devices. The products solicited are listed in Annex VII: Terms of Reference with all the technical specifications appearing in Annex VII: Product Information Form.
2. The Technical Bid containing the technical product specifications must be submitted according to Annex II, Annex V, Annex VI and Annex VII. The Financial Bid containing the price information must be submitted according to Annex VIII.
3. Bids must reach UNFPA’s reception by Friday, November 26, 2010, at 12 noon (GMT+1, Copenhagen time) and the secure mailbox at bidtender@unfpa.dk. Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted. Samples may reach maximum one week later after the deadline.
4. The Bidder is not required to quote for all items.

        6. The Bid shall be opened November 26, 2010 at the premises of UNFPA Copenhagen Office .
