Consultancy for the End Line Evaluation of the 6^th Country Programme of Cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and UNFPA to Kigali, Rwanda

1. The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified offers for the above-mentioned products/services/works. Your company is kindly invited to submit your best technical and financial offer for the requested Consultancy for the End line Evaluation of the 6^th Country Programme of Cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and UNFPA. Your bid could form the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and the UNFPA.

5.   Proposals received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

UNFPA reserves the right not to answer any queries. Please be specific and to the point in any query you may wish to submit to facilitate us answering it. UNFPA shall endeavour to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.
