SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

Procurement of Equipment for Spectri College

IFB No: PP09-A1/ISWD/G/CB/06

Lot 1 - Procurement of Air Conditioning Laboratory for Spektri College
Lot 2 - Procurement of Electrician Laboratory for Spektri College

The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of the Georgia (the “Government”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Georgia (the “Compact”) in the amount of approximately 140,000,000 USD (“MCC Funding”). The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website www.mcc.gov and on the website of the Purchaser www.mcageorgia.ge .

The Purchaser now invites sealed bids (“Bids”) from eligible Bidders to provide a goods and related services references above Procurement of Equipment for Spectri College (“Goods”). In particular:

Lot 1 - Procurement of Air Conditioning Laboratory for Spektri College
Lot 2 - Procurement of Electrician Laboratory for Spektri College

A Supplier will be selected under the Competitive Bidding procedures. Bidders are advised that these procedures are governed by MCC Program Procurement Guidelines which can be found on the MCC website https://www.mcc.gov/resources .

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. Georgian time on March 1, 2017 at the following address:

Attendance is strongly advised for all prospective Bidders or their representatives but is not mandatory.

Bids must be delivered to the address given below no later than 3:00 p.m. Georgia time (GMT+4) on March 23, 2017.

Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline thereafter in the presence of representatives of Bidders, who submitted Bids and who choose to attend at the following address:

Bidders should be aware that distance and customs formalities may require longer than expected delivery time. Late Bids will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned unopened at the written request and cost of the Bidder.

Interested Bidders should register their interest by sending an e-mail with “Procurement of Equipment for Spectri College” in the subject line (IFB# PP09-A1/ISWD/G/CB/06 Lot 1 and/or Lot 2) in order to receive the Bidding Documents.
