Title: Evaluation Manager for Humanitarian and Resilience Programme (HARP)
Description
This is a call down from the Global Evaluation Framework. The purpose of the HARP Evaluation Manager is to provide independent assessment of the results and impact of the HARP, and to provide technical evaluation expertise to programming within the HARP Facility. The learning from this innovative approach is essential to support decision making during the course of the HARP, for future humanitarian assistance in Burma and for the wider humanitarian community to learn from this approach.
