The Department of State Office of Acquisitions Management, on behalf of the Office of Opinion Research issues this special notice of its intent to negotiate a sole source purchase order with a U.S. Small Business to conduct two nationally representative public opinion surveys in South Asia.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative responses are received by the specified date to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, an order will be placed with the U.S. Small Business.

This purchase will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
