The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Procurement of reagents for screening newborns for phenylketonuria and congenital hypothyroidism for the National Public Health Programme to the Ministry of Health (MoH) in Ukraine.
