Amendment 2

Revisions of articles of the initial letter of invitation have been published, as well as the revised Annex 1 (Proposal) and Appendix 1 (Detailed Price Schedule), and a reminder on the extension of the deadline for submission of offers.

WIPO is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in reply to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. PID/17/002/ITB for the provision of office furniture. 

WIPO wishes to progressively replace its existing office furniture with new furniture in all the buildings on its campus (approximately 1,400 working spaces).  The replacement will take place in several phases over a number a years, starting with a building housing about 580 working spaces.  No guarantee can be given on the quantity of items that will be purchased during the contract period.

 

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) has the following deadlines: 

- Technical visit:  August 21, 2017, at 10:30, (Central European Time);

- Technical, commercial, or legal queries: August 22, 2017 before 16:00 (Central European Time); and,

- Deadline for proposals: September 6, 2017 before 16:00 (Central European Time).
