Avis d’appel d’Offres pour la sélection d’entreprises chargées des travaux d’extension et de réhabilitation des immeubles de l’Agence Auxiliaire de la BCEAO à Bobo-Dioulasso au Burkina Faso.

1. OBJET DE L’APPEL D’OFFRES
La BCEAO lance le présent Avis d’Appel d’Offres pour la sélection des entreprises qui seront chargées des travaux d’extension et de réhabilitation des immeubles de son Agence Auxiliaire à Bobo-Dioulasso au Burkina Faso.

2. CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU PROJET
Les travaux concernent :

  • la construction d’un immeuble fonctionnel de 2 niveaux (R+1) d’une surface totale de plancher d’environ 4 200 m2 ;
  • la construction de bâtiments annexes à l’immeuble fonctionnel ;
  • la réhabilitation des bâtiments existants ;
  • la réalisation de la voirie et des réseaux divers du site.

3. CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
L’Appel d’Offres est ouvert aux entreprises installées au Burkina Faso qui peuvent se mettre en groupement conjoint entre elles ou avec toutes autres entreprises.
Les entreprises installées en dehors du Burkina ne pourront être admises à participer à cet appel d’offres que si elles sont en groupement conjoint avec une ou des entreprises Burkinabées.
En cas de groupement, le mandataire devra être solidaire et installé au Burkina.

4. ALLOTISSEMENT
L’ensemble des travaux est divisé en vingt (20) lots comme indiqué ci-après :

Lot n°2 : Gros-Œuvre

Lot n°3 : Étanchéité

Lot n°4 : Charpente – Couverture

Lot n°5 : Menuiserie Aluminium – Vitrerie – Miroiterie

Lot n°6 : Menuiserie Bois

Lot n°7 : Ferronnerie – Serrurerie

Lot n°8 : Faux Planchers – Faux Plafonds

Lot n°9 : Revêtements Durs

Lot n°10 : Peinture

Lot n°11 : Plomberie Sanitaire – Réseau Incendie

Lot n°12 : Climatisation – Ventilation

Lot n°13 : Énergie Solaire

Lot n°14 : Électricité – Courants Forts

Lot n°15 : Groupe Électrogène

Lot n°16 : Électricité – Courants Faibles

Lot n°17 : Sécurité Incendie

Lot n°18 : Appareils Élévateurs

Lot n°19 : Espaces Verts

5. FORME DES MARCHÉS
Les marchés sont attribués à prix global, forfaitaire et non révisable, hors toutes taxes et droits de douane :

  • soit en entreprise générale,
  • soit en groupement de lots,
  • soit en corps d’état séparés.

6. MODALITÉS D’INSCRIPTION
Les entreprises intéressées devront s’inscrire à partir du 8 septembre 2017 par courriel adressé à Monsieur le Directeur National de la BCEAO pour le Burkina, courrier.CDN chez bceao.int avec copie à :

  • Monsieur le Directeur du Patrimoine, courrier.zdpat chez bceao.int
  • Monsieur le Directeur Général du cabinet Agence AIC, aic chez fasonet.bf.

7. RETRAIT DU DOSSIER D’APPEL D’OFFRES
Le dossier d’appel d’offres peut être retiré à partir du 15 septembre 2017 sur support numérique au Secrétariat du Chef de Service de l’Administration et du Patrimoine de l’Agence Principale de la BCEAO à Ouagadougou, contre remise d’un chèque barré au nom de la BCEAO d’un montant de deux cent mille (200 000) francs CFA.

8. DÉPÔT DES OFFRES
Les offres devront être déposées au Secrétariat du Chef de Service de l’Administration et du Patrimoine de l’Agence Principale de la BCEAO à Ouagadougou sise Avenue Gamal Abdel NASSER – BP 356 – Téléphone : 00 226 25 49 05 00 au plus tard le 20 octobre 2017 2016 à 10 heures T.U.
