Contract Title: Medical, diagnostic equipment, Medical supplies and Medical furniture for "Sevan’’ and “Artashat” MCs comprising of 4 lots

Reference No. CR4/ICB/B-G/018-17 

1. The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Disease prevention and control project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Medical, diagnostic equipment, Medical supplies and Medical furniture for "Sevan’’ and “Artashat” MCs comprising of 4 lots. “Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the bidding document.  Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid”.   

2. The Health project implementation unit, state agency now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Lot 1-Supply, Installation and training of Diagnostic and Imaging equipment for "Sevan’’ and “Artashat” MCs #CR4/ICB/B-G/018-17/1, ; Lot 2- Supply, Installation and training of Medical Laboratory equipment for "Sevan’’ and “Artashat” MCs  #CR4/ICB/B-G/018-17/2; Lot 3 - Supply, Installation and training of Surgery and Hospital equipment for "Sevan’’ and “Artashat” MCs; #CR4/ICB/B-G/018-17/3; Lot 4 - Supply and Installation of Medical equipment and medical Furniture for "Sevan’’ and “Artashat” MCs #CR4/ICB/B-G/018-17/4:

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011, revised July 2014 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

However the HPIU SA will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete downloading documents by the potential bidders, or missed amendments to those (if any).”

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be also purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of AMD 30,000 or equal in USD, in case of request for delivery the postal fee should be also reimbursed by the receiver. The method of payment will be bank transfer, details are below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 18 January, 2018 11:00, local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders, designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 11:00, local time on 18 January, 2018.
