El Gobierno de Costa Rica ha recibido un préstamo del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento, Banco Mundial para financiar el costo del Proyecto de Mejoramiento de la Educación Superior, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este préstamo para efectuar los pagos bajo el Contrato “Adquisición de Equipo Científico”, Licitación Pública Internacional N° 2018LPI-000001-PMIUNABM.
La Universidad Nacional invita a los licitantes elegibles a presentar ofertas selladas para la Adquisición de Equipo Científico.
La licitación se efectuará conforme con los procedimientos de Licitación Pública Internacional (LPI) establecidos en la publicación del Banco Mundial Normas Adquisiciones de bienes con Préstamos del BIRF y Créditos de la AIF, y está abierta a todos los licitantes de países elegibles, según se definen en dichas normas.
Los licitantes elegibles que estén interesados podrán obtener información y revisar los documentos de licitación en el siguiente sitio web http://www.proveeduria.una.ac.cr/ en Información para Proveedores, Carteles, carteles vigentes de Proyecto de Mejoramiento Institucional. Los requisitos técnicos y de calificaciones se incluyen en los documentos de licitación.
Ofertas electrónicas no serán permitidas. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas. Todas las ofertas deberán estar acompañadas de una Declaración de Mantenimiento de la Oferta y se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los licitantes que deseen asistir en persona en la dirección y hora indicada al final de este llamado.
Las ofertas y todo su contenido deberán hacerse llegar por escrito en sobre cerrado a nombre de: Universidad Nacional, Proveeduría Institucional, Contratación para la Adquisición de Equipo Científico, 2018LPI-000001-PMIUNABM según préstamo 81940-CR del Banco Mundial a la dirección indicada a continuación, a más tardar el 02 de marzo del 2018 hasta las 10:00 a.m.
