The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit the bid for the supply of Mobile Handsets in Myanmar , in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
