La Société Gabonaise de Transformation Agricole et de Développement Rural (SOTRADER) a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement sur les ressources du Fonds d’Assistance au secteur Privé Africain (FAPA) afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’Assistance Technique au renforcement des capacités de gestion et inclusion financière des coopératives et planteurs du Programme GRAINE, et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce don pour financer le contrat de recrutement d’une firme spécialisée en entrepreneuriat agricole comprenant dans son équipe (i) un expert formateur principal en andragogie et alphabétisation fonctionnelle (curricula), (ii) un expert formateur assistant junior et coach.
Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat comprennent le renforcement des capacités de gestion des coopératives et des planteurs à travers les formations ciblées sur une meilleure gestion, la gouvernance des coopératives et le suivi post formation ou coaching des coopératives et planteurs, plus spécifiquement, il s’agira entre autres pour les consultants de :
- Faire l’analyse diagnostique des besoins de formation et préparer les formations : Diagnostic, adaptation des modules et traduction en langue locale ; conception et édition des manuels de formation ; définition et conception des programmes de formation.
- Former des groupes cibles : Formation des jeunes formateurs, formations des dirigeants et membres des coopératives, formation des planteurs individuels, encadrement des jeunes, coaching et mentorat des coopératives et des planteurs.
- Produire des rapports d’évaluation post formation et appuyer les activités liées à l’inclusion financière et la communication.
SOTRADER invite les consultants à présenter leur candidature en vue de fournir les services décrits ci-dessus. Les consultants intéressés doivent produire les informations sur leur capacité et expérience démontrant qu’ils sont qualifiés pour les prestations (documentation, référence de prestations similaires, expérience dans des missions comparables, disponibilité de personnel qualifié, etc.). Les consultants peuvent se mettre en association pour augmenter leurs chances de qualification.
Les critères d’éligibilité, l’établissement de la liste restreinte et la procédure de sélection seront conformes à la politique d’acquisition de la Banque Africaine de Développement, en date d’octobre 2015, disponibles sur le site web de la Banque à l’adresse : http://www.afdb.org.

About the Funding Agency
The African Development Bank is a regional multilateral development finance institution, established in 1963, with a mandate to further economic development and social progress of African countries, individually and collectively. 80 member countries including all the 54 African countries and 26 non-African countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia own the Bank.
The Bank's principal functions include:
- using its resources for the financing of investment projects and programs relating to the economic and social development of its Regional Member Countries (RMCs);
- the provision of technical assistance for the preparation and execution of development projects and programs;
- promoting investment in Africa of public and private capital for development purposes; and (iv) to respond to requests for assistance in coordinating development policies and plans of RMCs. In its operations, the Bank is also required to give special attention to projects and programs that promote regional integration.
The Bank began its operations from its headquarters, in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire on July 1, 1966. For the purpose of its operations, the Bank also maintains Regional Resource Centers and Field Offices within RMCs.
For projects financed by the Bank resources, the charter requires suppliers for contracts for institutional activities and projects to be nationals of a member country. Only bidders from a member country of the Bank are eligible to participate in the procurement process. For goods to be eligible, they must originate from a member country.
