Description

Overview :

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified firm to provide a consulting service for a framework covering management and reporting of POPs and harmful chemicals in Binh Duong province, Vietnam (Ref. 2-180702).

The “Vietnam POPS and Sound Harmful Chemicals Management Project” (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) has been endorsed by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project objective is the continued reduction of environmental and health risks through POPs and harmful chemicals release reduction. This will be achieved by provision of an integrated institutional and regulatory framework covering management and reporting of POPs and harmful chemicals.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 4.00 pm, Tuesday 31 July 2018 at 304 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi. Participation by Bidders in this pre-proposal conference and site visit is strongly recommended. If you are able to attend this conference, please send your registration to: luu.ngoc.diep@undp.org.

UNDP Việt Nam kính mời các nhà thầu cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn cho gói thầu “Kiểm kê và thiết kế cơ sở dữ liệu về các chất hữu cơ khó phân hủy/hóa chất nguy hại (POP/PTS) (bao gồm các điểm ô nhiễm tồn lưu công nghiệp POP); Xây dựng và thí điểm Hệ thống đăng ký chuyển giao và phát thải chất ô nhiễm (PRTR) ở tỉnh Bình Dương; Hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch quản lý môi trường cấp tỉnh tại Bình Dương – (Ref. 2-180702).

Việc xét duyệt thầu sẽ được thực hiện trên cơ sở cạnh tranh, phù hợp với các quy định về đấu thầu của UNDP.
