Equipment for rescue team

Date: August 17, 2018

Dear Bidder,

1. The procuring entity Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in the framework of the Enhancing Resilience in Kyrgyzstan (ERIK) project (P162635)  invites you to submit a bid application for the supply of goods: 

Equipment for rescue team:

  • Lot #1 – Rescue equipment;
  • Lot #2 –  Fire equipment
  • Lot #3 – Diving equipment.

2. For domestic suppliers, the goods produced in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic will be given a discount of amount of – Not applicable

3. Terms of delivery: not more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract.

4. Place of delivery: 206 A Litovskaya str., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

5. The price of goods shall include all taxes and transport costs up to the place of delivery.

6. All Bidders shall submit their bids online, through the State electronic procurement  system (http://zakupki.gov.kg/popp/view/order/view.xhtml?id=118841114) no later than 15-30 hours on September 7, 2018.

7. The bid application shall be submitted with a Bid Security in form of Declaration (from the Standard Bidding Documents).

8. Your Bid shall be valid for 90 days after the date of bids opening.

9. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not applicable.

10. The Bids will be opened by the Tender Commission online, through the State electronic procurement  system at 15-30 hours on September 7, 2018.
