Description The purpose is to set up a framework contract with a single service provider to continue to maintain and support the existing Polycom video conferencing equipment installed at the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC). Provision of such services include:
— proactive and reactive maintenance services (including upgrades and repair / replacement),
