(b)        Developing a vision on how the drainage system of the greater Paramaribo area should be adapted in the future,

(c)        On the basis of this vision, updating the Drainage Master Plan from 2001, including recent infrastructure and urban developments, resulting in an infrastructure and climate resilient management plan that addresses flood control/property protection, with consideration for nature-based flood management solutions, river and canal habitat, water quality, and potential for recreational/public uses, while minimizing possible negative socio-economic impacts,

In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
