International Short term Consultants: DG1 – deadline 01 October – Call for tenders for International Short Term Consultants “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Court of Cassation in Turkey”

The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Court of Cassation in Turkey. In that context, it is looking for Provider(s) (see below) for the provision of short-term consultancy services to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined below.
