  1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial support from the World Bank towards the cost of the Enhancing Resilience in Kyrgyzstan project and intends to apply part of proceeds towards payments under the Contract for Procurement of UAVs and geodetic equipment for the Department of Emergency Monitoring and Forecasting under the Ministry of Emergencies Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through a letter of credit.
  2. Hereby, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic invites eligible bidders to shall submit their bids online, through the State electronic procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic (http://zakupki.gov.kg/popp/view/order/view.xhtml?id=188928729) no later than 14-00 hours on October 8, 2019.
  3. For domestic suppliers, the goods produced in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic will be given a discount of amount of – Not applicable
  4. Terms of delivery: not more than 130 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract.
  5. Place of delivery: Bishkek city, Kyrgyz Republic.
  6. The price of goods shall include all taxes and transport costs up to the place of delivery.
  7. The bid application shall be submitted with a Bid Security in the form of the Declaration (from the Standard Bidding Documents).
  8. Your Bid shall be valid for 80 days after the date of bids opening.
  9. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not applicable.
  10. The Bids will be opened by the Tender Commission online, through the State electronic procurement system at 14-00 hours on October 8, 2019.
