The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will release a solicitation for providing customized Group Hospitalization Insurance Services for the Locally Employed Staff at the Embassy.


This is a fixed price contract with economic price adjustments for standard services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule.


The requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.


The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required.


All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website during the month of October, 2019.


Note: Please see the RFP for the actual response date.


All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
