TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: Supply of Vehic le and motorcycles for SEIRHC Project

Source of funds: World Bank financed Project

The Ministry in Charge of Emergency Management (MINEMA) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”)received funds from the World Ban k financed Project towards the cost of purchasing vehicle and motorcycles. The Client intends toapply a portion of the funds to eli gible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued and the tender isdivided into two independent lots.

The Ministry in Charge of Emergency Management (MINEMA) invites interested andqualified bidders to submit their bids for the a bove-mentioned tender.

The tender document may be obtained from theE-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) for submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee of 7,800Frw to the Rwanda Revenue Authority&rsqu o;s account opened at any commercial bank. Bids will be accompanied bybid security of 1,074,000 Frw on Lot 1 and 483,260 Frw on Lot2;

All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurementsystem before 06th January 2020 at 9:00 am lo cal time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will beopened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same da y at 09:30am, localtime.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting fr om the submission deadline abovementioned.
