Description
The IAEA is seeking a vendor to supply and install a new Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (FISH) system that comprises of the following components (hereinafter be referred to as the “System”):
1.1. Imaging software package (the “Platform”), which integrates the microscopes and digital camera to be used in the FISH samples analysis. The Platform shall be capable of providing high quality morphometry of cells and other micro objects required; and
1.2. Transmission/Fluorescent microscope (the “Microscope”) to be used for the FISH samples analysis, the microscope shall be capable of providing high quality images of cells and other micro objects enquired.
1.3. FISH capture station (the “Station”) to be used for FISH samples analysis;
The System is purchased under the IAEA Technical Cooperation (TC) project VEN6018 (Strengthening National Capacities in the Field of Radio Biology and Molecular Oncology) and will be installed at the Hospital University of Caracas, Venezuela.
