RFR PSP Limpopo 2020 - Appointment of a panel of service providers to assist the DBSA with the following activities: full revenue management and enhancement support, township establishment, infrastructure planning, project preparation, monitoring and implementation support, asset care, water service delivery model, researcher, data analyst, municipal finance specialist, institutional development and advisory support to DBSA-client and municipalities through provincial PMUs’ under COGTA - Limpopo 2020

DBSA - Development Bank of Southern Africa - is a Development Finance Institution wholly owned by the government of South Africa and focuses on large infrastructure projects within the public and private sector.
The main objectives are the promotion of economic development and growth, human resource development, institutional capacity building, and the support of development projects in the region. The DBSA has prioritised water, energy, transport and ICT as its key focus areas.
Involves the production, transformation, transportation, and distribution of energy from renewable and non-renewable sources.
Includes initiatives that support macroeconomic stability, sound fiscal policy, and effective management of public financial resources.
