Title: Assistance technique pour le programme d'appui à l'inclusion et à l'employabilité des jeunes dans le secteur du tourisme et ses chaînes de valeur «JIL-Siyaha»
Description: Le marché s'inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du Programme JIL-Siyaha, d'un montant de 10 000 000 EUR de contribution de l’UE. Il a pour objectif global de promouvoir la participation des jeunes à la vie socioéconomique des territoires, à travers le secteur du tourisme et ses chaînes de valeur. Le présent marché porte sur la mise à disposition une équipe d'experts qualifiés permettant d'atteindre les effets directs. L’assistance technique fournira un appui à la DNP et aux bénéficiaires, tout au long du programme et de manière permanente, pour la mise en œuvre, la coordination et le suivi du Programme y compris sa visibilité. L’AT aura la responsabilité de fournir au pouvoir adjudicateur des éléments de contenu, de suivi efficace et efficient et de monitoring. L’assistance fournira un appui en termes, notamment, de contenu technique et d’organisation logistique dans le cadre de ce marché.
