Le Gouvernement dela Républ ique de Madagascar a reçu un crédit de l'Association Internationale de Développement(IDA) en vue de financ er le coût du Projet d'Inclusion Financière de Madagascar (PIFM) et se proposed’utiliser une partie du finan cement pour effectuer des paiements autorisés au titre du contrat d’un consultantindividuel qui sera chargé d&r squo;effectuer l’assistance technique à la Garantie Partielle de Portefeuille(GPP) auprès de SIPEM BANQUE.
La mission du consultant consiste à apporter une assistance techniqueauprès de SIPEM BANQUE afin de l’app uyer à développer ses activités GPP et d’atteindre sesobjectifs fixés en termes d’encours d e crédits MPME.
L'Unitéd'Exécution du Projet invite les consultants individuels admis sibles à manifester leur intérêt pourla réalisation des services décrits ci-dessus. Le candidat d oit fournir les informations justifiant qu’il esten mesure d’exécuter les prestations, à savoir : lettre de manifestation d’intérêt,curriculum vitae détaillé présentant particulièrement sesréférences dansl’exécution de missions similaires, copie des diplômes, carte statistique et carted’identificationfiscale (ou documents équivalents).
