The ProjectManagement Unit of Waterways (PMU-W) now invites sealed Bids fro m eligible bidders for construction and completion of Day– Ninh Co connecting canal (“the Works”)
Bidding will be conducted through the InternationalCompetitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works andNon-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank  dated January 2011, revisedJuly 2014 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidde rs as defined in the ProcurementGuidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’ s policy on conflict ofinterest.

Minimum average annual construction turnover in llast five year 39747637  of US$19 (nineteen) million equivalent,

(i)  2 (two) contracts, each at leastUS$10.0 million (Ten million USdollars); Or

(ii)  1 (one) contract at least US$ 20 million  (Twenty million USdollars)

2. Similar me chanical contracts:

(i)   2 (two) contracts, each at least US$4.5 million(Four point five million US dollars) ; Or

(ii) 1(one) contract at least US$9.0 million (Nine million USDollars)
