2. The Bidders maysubmit Quotations for above ite m.
3. This e-Procurement noticeincludes the terms and conditions a pplicable to submission of quotations, criteria for qualification, evaluation, and for award ofsupply order(s); and relevant forms to be filled by the bidders. Implementing Agency has not issued a separate RFQ document forthis purchase. The e-Procurement notice including the terms and conditions etc. can be downloaded free of cost by logging on to theURL https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app ?page=FrontEndTendersByOrganisation&service=page.The bidders would berequired to register in the website which is freeofcost.
4. For submission of Quotation, the Bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the CertifyingAuthorities authorized by Government of India for issuing DSC. Bidders can see the list of licensed CA’s from the link.Bidderss Auho have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in e-procurement in this Project, may obtain the same from theURL bsp;https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app?page=FrontEndTendersByOrganisation&service=page.
5. Quotations, both Technical Part and Financial Part shall be submitted on URL https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app?page=FrontEndTendersByOrganisation&service=page. on or before 15.00 hours on 21-055-2020.An https://e quotation or modifications to quotation received outside e-procurement system will not be considered. Theelectronic biddiwould not allow late submission of quotations. The ‘Technical Part’ of the Quotations will be openedonline on 21-05-20 20 at 15.30 hours[1], this can also be viewed by the bidders online. The electronic summary of quotation openingof technical part w ill be generated and uploaded online.
6. Ifthe Purchaser’s o ffice happens to be closed on the date of opening of the Quotations as specified, the ‘TechnicalPart’ of the Quotationswill be opened on the next working day at the same time. The Financial Parts of the Quotations shallremain unopened in the e-procu rement system, until the subsequent online opening, following the evaluation of the Technical Partsof the Quotations.

7. Other details can be seen in the RFQdocument. The Purchaser shall not be hel d liable for any delays due to system failure beyond its control. A Bidder requiring anyclarification of the RFQ Document may notif y the Purchaser online by email to pm_apdrp@ap.gov.in till two days before the deadlinefor submission of Quotations or may visit th e office of the Purchaser at the address given below.
