Description: The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) wishes to enter into a service contract for Intellectual Property pre-diagnosis services for Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe participants.The objectives of this service contract are:• improve the valorisation of research and innovation results;• enable smooth cooperation of various project participants, including the served SME, with shared intellectual property;• increase intellectual property knowledge among SMEs Horizon participants and SMEs EEN clients, as well as improve their intellectual property capacity and management skills;• share the know-how on providing such IP pre-diagnosis services.The tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in section 1.
