Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a subconsultancy to enhance their qualifications

The email submissions should include the name and address of the Consulting Firm/Joint Ventrure and shall be clearly marked in the subject line as “Expression of Interest – Prepositioned Contract Development for Emergency Procurement and Review of Procurement Manual, Systems, Procedures and Guidelines and Preparation of Technical Specifications for Procurement Software to support Pre-positioned Contracts and Other Procurement Processes”.
