Letter of Invitation
The African Union Interafrican Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) has reserved some funds towards the cost of Procurement of Consultancy Services the Mapping and Assessment of National and Regional Livestock Policy Platforms and intends to apply a portion of these funds to eligible payments under this Contract, reference number AU-IBAR/AH/LV2AF/C/0720/01.
The African Union Interafrican Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services; is to map and assess the functionality of national and regional livestock policy platforms including other mechanisms for policy consultations on livestock issues, and document best practices in livestock policy/strategy analysis, formulation, advocacy and implementation at the national level and regional levels.
More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection Method and procedures described in this RFP.

Section 3 - Technical Proposal - Standard Forms
Section 4 - Financial Proposal - Standard Forms
Section 5 - Terms of Reference
Section 6 - Standard Forms of Contract
For each interest lot (consultancy), the technical and financial proposals should be submitted in two separate envelopes; each clearly marked “Technical proposal” or “Financial proposal”. The two proposals should be enclosed in a single envelope clearly marked “Procurement Number and title of the Consultancy”.
For consultants interested in more than one lot (consultancy) the technical and financial proposals envelopes could be enclosed in a single envelope clearly marked the lots and titles of the consultancies.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 05 August 2020
