The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Geneva, invites qualified suppliers and service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Internal Communication Services divided into lots:

Lot 1.A: Internal Communication Support (implementation of the global internal communications strategy)
Lot 1.B: Development of a campaign to strengthen the risk management culture in UNHCR 
Lot 2: Productions of videos and podcast contents as part of the risk management campaign
Companies can bid on: 

All lots of the RFP (Lots 1.A, 1.B and Lot 2); or,  
Lots 1.A and 1.B only; or,  
Lot 2 only.
