The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Unit for Asia and Oceania / ASA-10 hereby invites tenders concerning the Evaluation of the Core Environmental Programme (CEP) Phase I and Appraisal of the Phase II implemented by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the framework of the ADB’s Economic Cooperation Programme for the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS).
