Description

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in the Development Business, issue on 24 September 2003 and DgMarket on 22 September 2003. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of Judicial Reform Support Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the "Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Small Claims Project/First Level Courts". The Supreme Court of the Philippines now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of the following ICT equipment: Quantity: 838 Unit, ITEM DESCRIPTION: Desktop Computer Quantity: 851 unit, ITEM DESCRIPTION: Dot Matrix Printer Quantity: 838 unit, ITEM DESCRIPTION: Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) The delivery period is within sixty (60) calendar days upon issuance and receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee for the Action Program for Judicial Reform (BAC-APJR) Supreme Court of the Philippines and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. c/o Tenioso B. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. Bids must be delivered to the BAC-APJR Secretariat on or before 2:00 p.m. on 16 December 2010 at the Training Room, Ground Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court of the Philippines, Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila Philippines.
