Description:
The objective of the procurement is to provide legal support services to the Parliamentary Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy. This will be achieved through recruitment of a National Legal Expert. A National Legal Expert will ensure the provision of legal expertise, legal opinions and analysis of corruption risks in draft legislation, peer-review the anti-corruption screening results of draft legislation before it will be presented as official positions of the Committee.

Expected outputs are the following:

•         Legal assessments and legal opinions on anti-corruption policy provided;

•         Peer-review of the results of anti-corruption screening of draft legislation conducted;

•         Contribution to/ revision of CAP official opinions on draft legislation made;

•         CAP legal statements, assessments, opinions, and analysis on draft legislation drafted/revised;

•         Legal advice and recommendations on corruption risks in draft legislation or other loopholes to the CAP leadership provided;

•         Other tasks as assigned.


The strong proficiency in Ukrainian and English is obligatory for this assignment. 

The requested input is a total 240 person-days over the 24-month period starting from 1 December 2020 and ending on 1 December 2022 (equivalent to min. 1,920 person-hours). The full budget for this assignment all included may not exceed DKK 372,274 (approximately EUR 50,000).
