Description: The Council of Europe wishes to establish a framework contract for Slocvenia based on unit fees valid until the end of 2021, for the provision of reliable and efficient solutions for remote participation, remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI), videoconferencing and web-conferencing in order to ensure high quality human interpreting services and ensuring IT security (voice, data, image) for the activities of the Council of Europe.
