Sustainable Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Development Project (IDA) 

Announces a selection for Consultant of local expert on social mobilization and institutional development in Kenesh subproject Osh oblast

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. University degree in political sciences, management, economy or other relevant professional degree;
2. Minimum three-year work experience in local self-government and social mobilization;
3. Experience in capacity building of local communities and local self-governments, and also in conducting trainings and seminars;
4. Work experience and technical skills in project management according to the provisions and procedures of the IDB, WB and/or other international donors;  
5. Proficiency: writing and speaking in Kyrgyz and Russian;
6. Computer skills: MS Office, WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
