Contract Name:          Supply and Delivery of MHMS ICT network and Communications equipment.

1.         This project is financed through the grant from World Bank under its Fast-Track COVID-19 Facility (FTCF). The Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply and delivery of MHMS ICT Network and Communications Equipment located at Tungaru Central Hospital, NawerewereTarawa, Kiribati to be supplied and shipped within two months after the contract has been signed.

2.         Eligible bidders should have experience and knowledge in the supply of ICT network and communications equipment including hardware and other accessories of at least one supply contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the procurement of Goods described in this Invitation, during the last three years and should provide evidence of financial resources to be able to supply and deliver the required Goods in a timely manner. The supplier should also provide evidence of certification of dealership and after-sales support and maintenance from manufacturer.

3.         A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

4.         Quotations must be submitted to the address below or sent through email on or before Monday 26th April 2021 at 3.00pm (local time). Late quotations may not be accepted.
