Description

The Russian Federation has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Financial Education and Financial Literacy Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services under the contract FEFL/QCBS-1.12 Advisory support to the implementation of Financial Education and Financial Literacy Project. The services include: Establishing a pool of experts from various project-related sectors with the aim of providing analytical and expert support to the selection of firms for implementation of project activities and accepting their deliverables; Developing procedures for interaction with the Minfin of Russia and other stakeholders under this assignment; Expert support to the educational programs and instruments designed and implemented under the Project, which are selected to finance financial literacy improvement initiatives, financial consumer protection activities, information products and information campaigns on various aspects of the Project. Preparing analytical sections of reports, statements, opinions and any other documents based on materials obtained in the course of implementing the Project. The services are to be implemented from November 2011 to December 2015. The Non-commercial Foundation for Enterprise Restructuring and Financial Institutions Development hereby invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, edition May 2004, revised October 2006 and May 2010.
