Description
This notice of intent is issued pursuant to FAR 5.101. USDA Forest Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Environment Energy Publishing LLC pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(c).
No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 5:00 p.m. MT on June 29, 2021. Only inquiries submitted via email to joanne.meiers@usda.gov will be accepted.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
