CdE - Consultancy services for IT audits

The Council of Europe is an international organization that promotes cooperation among all European countries regarding legal standards, human rights democratic growth, the rule of law, and cultural cooperation. To keep its activity on the track, the Council of Europe has announced a call for consultancy services to undertake IT audits which involves evaluating the applicable policies, processes, and other pertinent material, conducting remote interviews, and executing specified analyses and testing. The audit does not cover technical testing. Interested vendors who meet all the requirements should submit their offers by July 23rd, 2021.
