UNICEF is a United Nations agency that offers humanitarian and development assistance to children all over the world. In line with its activities in Kazakhstan, UNICEF has announced a tender to support the government of Kazakhstan in the delivery of the Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices Survey on early childhood developmental monitoring in selected regions which requires the contractor to analyze the experiences of both urban and rural populations, consider equity and gender dimensions, offer specific practical and feasible suggestions and complete additional duties outlined in the bid paperwork.
