Pre-bid conference: To provide potential bidders with clarifications and an opportunity to ask questions regarding the LTA, non-mandatory bid conferences will be held at 10:00 am New York Time on 28 July 2021 via Microsoft Teams (meeting link is provided under Links tab). Those institutions who wish to participate shall inform UNICEF by e-mail (Mohammed Al-Ani at malani@unicef.org), indicating the name(s) of the firms’ representative(s), by no later than 26 July 2021, 23:59 hrs (New York’s local time).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ:

The proposals must be submitted to the following email: nysdbidding@unicef.org only . Proposals sent to any other email will be invalidated. Do not send general queries to this email.
The subject line of the e-mail should include the bid number; i.e. RFPS-NYH-2021-503360.
Attachments to be maximum ten (10) megabytes per email and submitted in PDF format. Larger attachments and attachments other than PDF format will not be accepted.
No other recipient should be “cc” or “bcc” in the email submission
Technical Proposal MUST be free of any pricing information, Financial proposal to be submitted in separate file, separate email.
Questions to be received by: 02 August 2021.
Proposals must be received by latest 23.59 hours (New York time) on 25 August 2021 . After submission of your offer, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt.

Deadline for proposals is on August 25, 2021.
