  1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial support from the World Bank towards the cost of the Enhancing Resilience in Kyrgyzstan project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of computer and office equipment for State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (Gosfinnadzor)

2.    The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby invites eligible bidders to submit bids in sealed envelopes for the supply of:

Lot 1 - Equipment for organizing video conferencing;

Lot 2 - Photo and video equipment and accessories;

Lot 3 – Computer and office equipment;

Lot 4 - Air conditioners.

3.    Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised in November 2017 and 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mrs. Toktorbaeva Zhyldyz, PIU Director, e-mail: erikprocurement@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09-00 to 18-00 hours at the address given below.

5. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a full package of bidding documents in English and/or Russian after submitting a written application 

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14-00 (Local time) September 27, 2021.  Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 14-00 (Local time) September 27, 2021.  

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration.
