Description

The primary objective of the World Health Organization (WHO) is to direct international health within the UN system and to lead partners in global health solutions. In line with its activities in the Philippines, WHO has announced a tender for a Legal and Policy Review for the Civil Society Organization (CSO) Initiative. The research will examine the impact of COVID-19 legislation and policies on significant vulnerable populations in the Western Pacific Region. In addition, the selected vendor will undertake certain tasks such as analyzing how COVID-19 legal and policy frameworks affect vital vulnerable groups, developing interview guides with Country Offices and Regional Offices, identifying best practices in community engagement and civil society governance mechanisms, and other duties outlined in the bid documentation. Interested vendors who meet all the requirements should submit their offers by August 31st, 2021.
