NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

New TV Distribution System for the U.S. Embassy Kampala, Uganda

This is not a solicitation. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 515210.

The U.S. Embassy Kampala, Uganda will solicit and award a purchase order to Superior Access Solutions Inc, to provide a New TV Distribution System.

The estimated period of performance will be for one month.

This contract will be under NAICS code 515210 to Superior Access Solutions Inc, 21037 Heron Way, Lakeville, MN. 55044

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Superior Access Solutions Inc, is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Embassy Kampala requirements.
