CABEI is looking to select an Investment Manager for the FIRCA-BCIE Regional Investment Fund. Such Investment Manager (or companies affiliated thereto) should also act as Payment Agent (agente de pago, registro y transferencia), Custodian (custodio), Broker Dealer and Placement Agent (casa de valores y puesto de bolsa), and Structuring Agent (estructurador) for the investment vehicle (Regional Investment Fund). It will be mandatory that the Investment Manager selected (or companies affiliated thereto) have all the required Panamanian licenses and permits for acting in these roles within the jurisdiction of Republic of Panamá.
