Consultancy: Audiovisual collection, content generation and web design campaign of the MIRE Consortium

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization that defends the rights of persons who have been displaced. The NRC welcomes interested qualified entities to participate in the tender financed by the European Union for a Consultancy for the audio-visual collection, content generation and web design campaign of the MIRE Consortium in Colombia with the overall aim being to document and report on the effects related to the armed conflict and violence in Colombia. It is expected that the contracted vendor will collect, develop, finalize and deliver the communicative content necessary for the implementation of the awareness campaign focused on the humanitarian situation of the population in Colombia. All eligible experts are invited to take part and send proposals by 26 September 2021.
