Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerima Loan IBRD Ln. 8861-ID untuk pembiayaan the Indonesia Tourism Development Program (ITDP). Pemerintah melalui Deputi Bidang Sumberdaya dan Kelembagaan, Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif berencana akan memakai sebagian Loan untuk pembiayaan kontrak jasa non konsultan Layanan Manajemen Pelaksanaan Kampanye Sadar Wisata Untuk Masyarakat.
Deputi Bidang Sumber Daya dan Kelembagaan melalui Satker Kordinator Peningkatan Kompetensi dan Sertifikasi Sumbaer Daya Manusia Pariwisata mengadakan pelelangan umum Layanan Manajemen Pelaksanaan Kampanye Sadar Wisata Untuk Masyarakat dengan pascakualifikasi metode satu sampul sistem gugur melalui SPSE pada website Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif: www.lpse.kemenparekraf.go.id. Calon Penyedia Jasa/Service Provider akan diseleksi berdasarkan penawaran terendah dan responsif (memenuhi kualifikasi yang dipersyaratkan), bagi yang berminat dapat menyampaikan penawaran sesuai jadwal yang tertera pada SPSE.
