Title: Framework Contract for Provision of Crisis Management Consultancy Services
Description: The subject of the contract is provision of crisis management consultancy services (training, exercise, support, awareness), as described in Terms of Reference (Annex II). In order to ensure continuous professional improvement to crisis management, the service provider shall facilitate the testing of the FRONTEX crisis management and business continuity frameworks and training among staff. Services shall include the delivery of crisis management events and consultation services which shall have a crisis communications and business continuity management component. The events shall be delivered to FRONTEX Headquarters staff, to Standing Corps deployed outside of FRONTEX Headquarters and to Divisional level.
